Overview
The Services Directory presents a curated list of associated providers, including funeral directors, crematoriums, legal services, and will writers, to support your planning needs. Results are tailored to your location once your address is set in your account, helping you find the closest and most relevant options available.
This is a browse-only directory. You do not add or edit entries, but you can bookmark services you want to keep handy for future reference. Inheritable will continually update the directory with relevant providers.
The Services Directory is location-aware. Set your location once, either by using your device’s GPS or by entering a postcode or town, and the directory orders every service by distance, showing the closest to you first.
A map view places each nearby service as a pin, so you can see at a glance where they are in relation to you and pick the most convenient. Your location is used only to sort and map the results and you can change or clear it at any time.
If you prefer not to share your GPS location, just type a postcode or town instead. The directory works exactly the same way, sorting and mapping services around that point.
The Filters panel gives you control over which services appear in your results.
The top of the directory may feature a Spotlight listing. These are featured providers that Inheritable has a particular association with. Spotlight listings display a larger card with a photo, full contact details, and a direct link to save or visit their website.
For the most accurate and relevant listings, add your address in your Account settings. Inheritable uses this to prioritise nearby providers and will continually update the directory with new services as they become available.
If you represent a funeral home, legal firm, or other relevant provider and would like to be included in the directory, please contact Inheritable to ensure accurate inclusion.
Search. Type a name, location, or category to search the directory. Results update as you type.
Filters. Tap the filter icon at the top right to open the Filters panel. Narrow results by distance, category, and location source.
Bookmarks. Tap the bookmark icon next to any service to save it. Tap the bookmark icon in the toolbar to view only your saved services.
Distance. Each listing shows its distance from your location. Results are sorted nearest first. Set your address in Account settings to get the most accurate results.
Contact. Each listing includes direct contact options. Tap a phone number to call, the email icon to send an email, or the www link to visit their website.
Select Unit. Switch between Kilometres and Miles to match your preference.
Distance. Use the slider to set the maximum search radius. Only services within that distance will appear in results.
Categories. Select one or more categories to filter the results. Tap a pill to toggle it on or off.
Location. Choose Current Location to use your device’s live location, or Saved Location to use the address set in your account settings.
